Attorney John Gundy has over 30 years of experience representing plaintiffs injured in automobile accidents who have suffered minor and catastrophic injuries. He has handled automobile, motorcycle, semi-truck and train related accidents. Mr. Gundy is a member of the Million Dollar and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum. He also represents claimants in all manner of Workers’ Compensation claims.

Mr. Gundy has obtained multiple six and seven figure verdicts and settlements. In 2014 he represented one of two plaintiffs who combined received a $42.4 million dollar verdict for a disputed liability automobile accident involving traumatic brain injuries to two minors. It was the largest verdict at that time in the history of Cuyahoga County and was also one of the Top 50 verdicts in the entire United States for 2014. Mr. Gundy has represented injured people in Federal Courts and in multiple State Courts around the Country.

Mr. Gundy was selected to Super Lawyers for the past 5 years. Super lawyers are a peer nominated selection process and less than 5% of all lawyers are selected.

In addition to his legal practice, Mr. Gundy has written for Ohio Lawyers Weekly. He has appeared as a guest on the television show Golden Opportunities and is a member of the Ohio Association for Justice. A graduate of the Case Western Reserve Law School and the University of Rochester. He has also acted as an expert witness for other attorneys in various legal matters.

• 1.2 million dollar settlement for a workers compensation injury involving a worker who had a heart condition caused by a work accident.
